SALES AND MARKETING PLAN I #

 

 

 

Any customer who has purchased any of the Product Packages offered for sale by the Company is eligible to become a Distributor of the Company (renewable on an annual basis after paying the renewal fees). This customer can avail the distributorship only when he / she accepts & submits the distributorship agreement to the company along with the required documents. Upon acceptance of this agreement by the company, the Applicant shall become a non – exclusive Distributor of the Company and will market and sell only such of those products as are offered for sale by the Company.

To avail the incentives and commission, the distributor has to work towards assisting the company in the sale of Product Packages through direct sales and indirect sales through its referred direct distributors

A distributor has to sell a total of 6 standard packages to achieve the incentive product.
The distributor can sell 6 standard packages individually.
OR
To complete the sale of 6 standard packages, the distributor can sell 2 standard packages individually and 4 standard packages through the two direct distributors (These referred direct distributors have to sell 2 standard packages each individually).
The distributor needs to complete the sales required by the company of 6 standard packages to get the Distributorship Incentive Product.

The distributor can keep on achieving the Incentive products for which the distributor has to sell a total of 6 standard packages every time, either by:
Selling 6 Standard Packages individually to new customers each time
OR
Selling two new packages individually each time and taking help of two fresh / new distributors referred by him directly. These two fresh / new referred distributors have to sell 2 standard packages each individually for completing required Sales every time.

In cases where the distributor does not complete the 6 sales to achieve the incentive product then he /she can take Rs.500/- on each sale done by him/her individually. Upon payment of this commission by the company, the sales accounts of the individual will be nullified and the distributor will have to sell another 6 new packages again to receive the incentive product.
